Internal Debris

Getting to 0

There is physical debris which is a large part of our focus as an organization, but there is also internal debris and that to needs to be cleared. Below you will learn the different types of Internal Debris.

 

Resentment

"bitter indignation at having been treated unfairly."

Self Absorption

"preoccupation with one's own emotions, interests, or situation."

Isolation

"the process or fact of isolating or being isolated."

Egotism

"the practice of talking and thinking about oneself excessively because of an undue sense of self-importance."

Jealousy

"Jealousy generally refers to the thoughts or feelings of insecurity, fear, and concern over a relative lack of possessions or safety."

Arrogance

"having or revealing an exaggerated sense of one's own importance or abilities."

Procrastination

"the action of delaying or postponing something."

Pretension

"a claim or assertion of a claim to something."
